Every time I would call it would be days before someone got back to me. I gave them 2 stars because they were very nice about it if/when I was able to get a hold of someone. I cannot speak to the quality of their work as my car was a total loss.

These people are over the top. The level of confusion is crazy! Please tell me why you can't give a date of delivery on November 5th but you've had my car since October 13th!!!You can speak to one member of the team who doesn't remember speaking to you but when you remind them... They lie! Do not give them your car... You could be playing the turn around games for days/weeks! I pray that I get my car back soon and it is good because it will be seriously worth any money not to have to return it to them for corrections. This w... read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. They are no customer service, poor repair quality and no consideration for clients. They don't talk to you when you call, you have to keep leaving messages, the repair gets done when it gets done, poor quality repair - period. This is the most horrible collision repair company I had to deal with in my lifetime. Absolute worst in quality and service.
