They made sure that every detail was perfect and they cleaned and detailed my car prior to returning it to me.
I’ve had my car in twice this year for minor collision repairs and received excellent service both visits. I was out of town on vacation during the first repair and didn’t want updates. My service advisor, Dan, was very kind to not contact me until I returned home. My car was ready ahead of schedule and the repair work was beautiful. Continental Collision provided the worst service experience I have ever encountered. These people are extremely unprofessional (cussing loudly in the office, throwing things, immature, etc.). Josh the service rep failed to call with any updates about my vehicle. Dan, Josh’s cover while out of office, was also a horrendous example of what any working person should look like.
