Terrible customer service CJ Higgins is not good at his job by any means my car has been here over 2 months one of which it sat at the dealership for something related to work they had done previously & Lonnie Hunter the general manager cant seem to return calls either or keep customers in the loop on the repair status of their vehicle! I WILL MAKE SURE ALLSTATE IS AWARE OF HOW THE BODYSHOP TAKES CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! SINCERELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!
Continental collision took care of getting me an estimate same day when I called super late in the day, and then fixed my car on the spot for a super reasonable price! Can’t say enough good things. I just had to share my positive experience
The worse ever.
This operation is first rate, and I don't even have a Mercedes, Honda, Infiniti, or a Subaru. Can't say enough about Rick, Terry, Lonny Jo, or Pam, and the rest of the crew there! Top Notch! Wish I could give more than five stars!
