Very poor service at the VB Conte's. Also, when having a tune up done, they lost the bracket that my flasher went on. When I travelled back to the store to ask where it was, I was told to contact the manufacturer and tell them that it broke and they would send me a new one.
I pass over 6 bike shops (Bike Beat, All About Bikes, etc) to get to Contes Bicycle and Fitness because they have the best bikes, but the most important reasons are the staff who work there. They are straight up awesome! Bonny, Robeiro, and the mechanics make it a treat every time I will gladly get my next bike from contes and I recommend you to as well!
