Fabulous salon Today was my first visit to the salon. I having been going to Center City to get my hair cut and colored. After reading the reviews, I thought I would try someone closer. The receptionist was very friendly and she recommended Sophia. I am thrilled with the results! Great coloring and probably the best haircut I have had in years. contempo cuts This salon is wonderful. i have my "regular guy", but I have had my hair done by several different people on staff. They are a very talented group. They are in a new location on Holme Avenue that is beautiful. I travel a bit further for their services, but it is worth it!

What a Find!!! I am in Philadelphia only 2 months. Went to a place near me that was dreadful. I was very leary of trying another. I chose Contempo Cuts due to the customer reviews. I am a hair stylist with 25 yrs of owning my own salon until moving to my current location. I had Chris do my hair. It is the best hair cut I have had bar none. A++ I have been going to Contempo Cuts since high school and I have continued to follow them since they moved from Cottman Avenue to Holme Avenue. I consistantly go to Maureen and she is more than a hair sylist - she is a friend. I have always had a great experience there and I always get compliments after I leave. My whole family has been going (yes even my father) for years. I would reccomend this place to ANYBODY!

Pricy but good I know a couple of people who went here and liked their services. I also like how they did my friends hair and eyebrows and stuff. I have to say even I might have to give this place a try. I heard it can get a little pricy but I also heard its kind of worth it. PROS: good CONS: pricy

Great stylists My mother-in-law is a stylist at this salon. I personally know evryone who wworks there and they are all awesome. I have had a few different poeple work on my hair and I loved it everytime. The prices are average. They do everything from cuts, to dyes, to eyebrows, to facials, and manicures and nails and the list goes on. You can also purchase Hand Crafted Unique Jewelry at reasonable prices from Sophia who is one of the stylists.

Tops! I have been going to Contempo Cuts for 9 years. My stylist is one of the owners and one of a kind. She knows my likes and dislikes in the way I do my hair and never leaves me wanting more out of my cuts and highlights. My whole family (including my father) goes and we are happy. Yes, it can be pricey for the area that its located, but honestly its average if not under priced in terms of salons I would compare them to. I would recommend to anybody. good styles i have been going to this hair styling place for a while now and i always love their service. they are always willing to get you in as soon as they can.their prices are very reasonable. their staff is friendly and polite. they are very trained and know what looks best for you. its a very friendly place.

Contempo Cuts is a great place for a great haircut I have been going to Contempo Cuts for about 7 years. My stylist, Joanne, does a great job. She curls it or straightens it depending on my mood. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. The haircuts are reasonably priced. I love this salon.
