This is a bogus company and a bad website. I received a bogus made up bill that was copied on a printer, the recording on the phone on file says they are closed for Labor Day. The "bill" was sent in a plain handwritten envelope. Beware!
I was to receive a new bariatric hospital bed and they brought me a used bed with finger nail polish and dints in the fame. Not only that but the wrong mattress and it was used.
I wish I could give them 0 stars ! Very unprofessional! We had nurse Chaka she was very very very lazy ! Was suppose to come out and change all of my brothers wounds but only focused on the wound vac ! She was a liar ! Would tell my mom she had all supplies but never got any supplies as promised ! Friday 6/6 she came and left ! Was supposed to treat the back of his leg wounds said she left to go to the store but I knew that was a lie because the store is at least 10 minutes from my house she was back in 2 .
