Steve conducted our inspection for a townhome and did a fantastic job. He was extremely thorough and professional. He took the time to explain the different aspects of the inspection and offered helpful tips on general home ownership. Really enjoyed working with him and couldn’t recommend him enough!

First of all, I did not use Steve’s service and he canceled it during our earlier discussions after scheduling a time. I am glad it happened because it could be more trouble for me later on. I have to agree with the other reviewer about Steve getting offended when you ask him questions. I was unsure about the various service level, warranty etc for which I have asked him a couple of questions after scheduling our inspection appointment. I am a first time home buyer and steve saved me from buying a wrong home. He did really good inspection, explained all important information and suggested to do a structural inspection as he suspected structural issues. Guess what, Structural inspector found serious issues and I walked out of that house. Its been a month now and that house is still not sold (Really good looking townhome end unit, next to fair lakes shopping in fairfax county).
