They were great… when they actually returned phone calls and got me scheduled. The scheduling line leads to an answering machine that apparently they don’t actually check. I guess I won’t be continuing my care at Saint Vincent since getting scheduled is literally impossible.
I got in the day after my referral and started right away on a medication regiment to help me feel better. The first visit was an amazing experience, I was extremely scared being only 41 and never having an issue before. My doctor and nurses I saw were outstanding and I am grateful for how quickly they got everything moving for me.
My husband has going to them for the last 17-1/2 years. I have nothing but respect for all the doctors in this practice. His heart care has been superior
I just felt that there was a real lack of concern and made you feel like you were just another patient with heart disease and you were old an gonna leave this world soon. VERY SAD
