Probably the best ER visit I've had! So quick to attend to me and everyone there was on point! 10 stars in my book!

I went in with my entire back numb tingling and radiating pain all the way to my toes n the Dr walked In ran his hand down my spine n said ur fine here's a shot for inflammation go home n sent me out the door. An hour later I went to a different hospital n it turns out I damage to my nerve roots in my back n was given a shot of morphine and a referral to a surgeon. I will not be back to Conroe regional ever

They do NOT treat you as a individual.More like everyone has the same pain level and ailment, on the same day or night.Quite rude and stand off-ish.Emergencies are not always treated as an emergency......Whatever they think���

I can't say much for the doctors but the nurse's treated me fantastic and did a great job..nuerosergeon Dr was kinda shady....over all good experience tho.

I went into the er with high blood pressure and having a panic attack because of it they nurses and doctors were amazing. The 3 days I ended up staying they help me and were very professional and comforting

The ER is a joke half the time. Was there on 3 occasion and only 1 time was me or my family taken care of properly. The rest of the place is ok. They did how ever miss a complete blockage on my friend after a heart attack that they didn't recognize either. Now we go to Tomball or woodlands for ER.
The staff has been just wonderful! But I'm so ready for this pain to be gone and I can go home.
