The ER needs some work when you're in pain, nothing's ever going to be good enough. But I do think there needs to be better communication. Pain meds were ordered for me and I was not given them. But that's not enough for me to completely fail the ER. When I got to the 4th floor I had the most amazing nurses and techs. My surgeon was amazing. They all took very good care of me. I can not wait to be employed at Conroe Regional when I earn my nursing degree!!! Thank you to all that cared for me!
The Labor and Delivery and the Post Partum staff where beyond amazing with me and my baby girl.... I can't thank them enough for all the help in my delivery and recovery... I will recommend this hospital 100%

We just got discharged and had a good experience! We absolutely LOVED our nurses...especially Melissa in the pediatric unit!!! ♡
I arrived at the ER on 2/1/2017 with strong chest pains. The lady at the window told me to check in at a machine by her window. The machine told me to immediately go to the window, because of my chest pains. The window lady told me to sit down and wait my turn. I told her I would have better luck calling 911. While I sat in room 28 of the ER, there were 2 female employees complaining outside my open door about their shifts. They were also using profanity. Not professional at all. I felt extremely uncomfortable.
I came to the hospital at noon on Monday it was very very busy. I got put in a room around 10 o'clock and I'm still here waiting to find out if they're going to do a kyphoplasty on my back. My experience has been okay so far it's just the hospital is very full at this time.
It was terrible they gave me a room with the worst bed you could feel the rails of the bed through the mattress then they got me another one and it was just as bad ! It hurt my back so bad !!!!!
We prefer to bring our two kids here rather than take them to Huntsville where we live .... would prefer tx children's but this place is great ... the nurses are great and the docs are too! And the over night food isn't that bad either
