The staff and Doctors where very professional and courteous

This is our second visit to this place in two months. Front desk people are rude and noisy and talk snide comments amongst themselves about the people who are calling in. Pre-op nurses are irritable and made me throw out my ice water when I went to get my husbands things before he went for his procedure. I guess they forget that we PAY for their services! The only reason I'm giving it one star is for the post-op nursing staff who actually CARED about my husband, they rocked!

I want to thank the Heart Cath team and Dr Banerjee for the great work they done and all the nurses that I had for being so nice and caring.
Was very impressed with the ER Team, the cardiologist and the ICU Team. They kept me informed and took wonderful care of my mom!
I feel I'm getting the best of care and am being treated like a King. I love my nurses, every single one !

I was visiting a friend yesterday in the intermediate CU and witnessed a few of the nurses who were very friendly and the patient I saw seem to be pleased with their services. And I've had a previous friend who was a patient there numerous times with her cancer battle and I was extremely pleased with her care then as well.
