The nurses and staff were great actually excellent. Your intake through the ER is set up like a prison intake system. You have security guard doing a receptionist job, trying to assist patients that had been discharged with no money, no family, no car and not even a help sheet with phone numbers to contact to provide to the discharged patient- that had an obvious cognitive impairment. Ihave not seen a more incompetent group of unorganized "doctors and nurses" in my life. I was wondering if I was at the local nursing school. Every single person had another excuse, while my family member is almost dying. The nurses were more concerned about what their late night snack and previous day, than what was going on in the I.C.U. We have dealt with this hospital for over 30 yrs. This morning my family lost a beautiful and precious woman all because the two cardiologist on call did not and would not answer their phone to come and access her. What should have been a simple solution turned into her losing her life. The hospital and the doctors are to blame for her death. The nurses in Labor & Delivery as well as Post Partum are awesome! Although labor was rough for my gf, they did everything they could to welcome my baby boy into the world in a very comfortable and loving environment. Special thanks to Cassie, Mandy, Nancy, Lola, Erin, Michelle, Evelyn, and of course Dr. Young!
I was treated kindly and respectfully! They made my visit much nicer than it might have been. Thank you!!!
