I started going to Conroe hospital because my daughter works there. I have been in through the ER 4 times for scheduled surgery 2, mammograms 2 times. My husband has been in hospital 2 times. We have always been impressed with the staff, never had a hateful or grumpy nurse, no one rude. My husband and I don't want to go anywhere else and not just because our daughter works there.

I had a great visit at Conroe regional hospital. Urinary infections are not fun, the nursing staff and doctors worked as a team and was so polite.
Very poor service, two lady's when first got there were good helped me get my husband out of truck, he couldn't even walk due to back pain.. then after shift change went down from there 2hrs in room, never checked on at all then Dr wouldn't listen to him and what he was trying to explain to her.... Took him to do CT, then in a waiting room area, then Dr came in and discussed findings with other patients in area Thought that is against privacy laws... Then left me to wheel him out after doing nothing and had to get him in tru... read more

Yesterday I went for my yearly mammogram. Normally, I go directly to the imagining place in the 508 building, check in and get it done. I don't know what happened yesterday but my 9:10 appt turned into a beuracratic nightmare. I was sent to the registration office where there was a long line and about 30 or 40 people just sitting waiting. After about 20 minutes, I get called and thank God, the gentleman that registered me was nice and funny. The staff is always very caring and friendly. I live 45 minutes away and drive past my local hospital to come here.
