Hospital is a filthy dump even with Covid 19 . I will never come back. Staff are snotty and unhelpful. Really wish we'd chosen Texas Children. This place should be closed down
This is how your workers treat people. Disgusting.
They need better treatment for patients who have autism. My pregnant autistic daughter came in with fever and asked to be tested for COVID. When she had a panic attack due to them making her nose bleed, they shoved her out and said to "throw her fit in the lobby". Horrible staff. I will be making sure she goes to St. Luke's from now on.

Horrible staff, they treated my boyfriend like absolute scum! He got staples late last night in his arm, first they left him all alone in a room dripping blood everywhere for 30 minutes before he saw a single person. Then they didn’t wait for the numbing shot to take affect and he COMPLETELY FELT his last 3 staples, then they told him NOTHING to do with care or anything for his staples. Terrible place! So ghetto! While being under meds I could hear this conversation that the nurses from the ER were having while “taking” care of me; thinking that I was asleep, one of them (Michelle Fagelman) started telling the other nurse about her affairs she had with members of the hospital and about her disgusting encounters with these people inside the hospital. RecommendedBest care I’ve ever received. Dr. Crum took his time with me and thoroughly explained my injury and treatment. He was patient with my questions and displayed genuine empathy. We need more doctors like him!
The ER waiting room was filthy last night. A maintenance person came to mop up fluids off the floor. They took a wet job and just smeared the "fluid" all over the floor. A horrible movie with filthy language played loudly for all the kids to enjoy. Once we got back into exam room 24, things did not get better. trash on the floors that were never mopped. I took pictures to back this up. I will NEVER bring anyone to this ER!
