On Monday, I took my husband to the ER because he is a Kidney cancer patient he was having swollen on his stomach, pain, and vomit. We spent more than 24 hrs in the ER waiting for a room. The nurses were careless about the pain my husband was going through. Instead, they were having fun and chatting at the front desk, but no one took the time to check on my husband to check on him, how he was doing or if he needs anything. RecommendedThis is the best hospital to go too! I was on 2North and the staff & service was more than great! This us the place to be if you get sick.

So disgusted by the lack of care my elderly mother with Alzheimers received after spending the last six days there. She came in with suspected stroke symptoms by ambulance on Monday before Christmas and Saturday after Christmas still no MRI was done. I never received one call from any doctor with questions or evaluation reports. Thankfully I was able to see her after raising a stink but every time I went to her she was soaking wet sheets, blankets and diaper. She developed butt and foot ulcers. They are the best ever during stay. urologist Karr and Oncologistt Dr. Dasgupta. fought a good fight for me to get. cancer treatment asap.. always an Encouraging Doc. Nurse were always kind and considerate.. making you always feeling important. if one person stood out it was the lady that came in and. cleaned the room daily. she alwasyshada a smile and kind words. wanting to help me. she was a joyful worker that really enjoyed her work . just wish I could have seen. the staff was nice but they kept giving us a different diagnosis on what is wrong with my dad and would not treat for anything but what he came in for and let him go home with a sever in the body and he was so delirious and hallucinating and ended up pulling out he catheter. and lost his blood so we don't even know if the info on his chart was his cause they had stuff in his chart that was not his. never again. we ended up going back the ER but to Methodist
People like this working for healthcare is a disgrace
The staff at HCA Conroe is amazing. My husband was admitted last week after having a stroke. He was in the ICU for 4 days, and on a regular floor for 1 day. All of the nurses, doctors, techs and even housekeeping staff were all amazing. We've been home 3 days now, and I've received a phone call every day since asking how he's doing and if there's anything they can do to help. They worked out all the followup appointments for me too, so I didn't have to figure out who to go see, and when. They even scheduled the appointments ... read more
After reading horrible things about the labor and delivery department I find out they are under new management. I had a hard labor 27 hours induction so I met multiple nurses and all of them were amazing specially Shelbi (my labor nurse. The post partum team did a great job making us feel comfortable in the three days we had to spend there because my water broke for so long they wanted to make sure we did okay. Wonderful all around, clean too
