Very disappointed in this location. We were supposed to have our car back on Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday before noon, now it's still not done. Each time we had to call to find out updates which is extremely frustrating after being told numerous times they would call us back. When my husband called this morning (Wednesday) to see if it was finally ready, we were told it just needed cleaned up and they'd call us before 11. I've had a few issues with them recently. the last straw was the other day when I dropped my car off for a simple oil change. it was scheduled for first thing, but I left it there for 4 hours while I went to work. when I came back for the car, they hadn't even touched it yet. their excuse was that they had a couple people call off. they knew I would be back at noon to pick it up, but didn't even bother to call me. I'll never go back there.

I had an Alignment done there. Because their computer was down I couldn't get a receipt. It was not done right and even though it was the next day and the same guy at the counter they refused to fix my Blazer. I had to do a string alignment and did a better job than their so called tech.
We trust Conrad's for good deals, speedy service, and no pushy sales. Just straight forward recommendations and service with a smile. Phil is particularly awesome! I always look for him! Makes me feel at ease and not like I'm spending on services that aren't necessary. Great job, guys!
