Super fast service! Had a large nail in my tire and needed my vehicle for a road trip. They were able to get me in and out in less than an hour. Thank you.
RecommendedFirst, I'd like to recommend a particular Conrad's store, the one in Painesville, OH. Unlike one or two others in the area, the folks at Painesville understand what the word "reservation" means. That's helpful, since I always wait for my car. I've never had any problems with their work, and they let me know when routine care might be needed a few months in advance, as indicated by my owner's manual. I've been going to this location for about 4 years, and so far, so good.
All in all got the job done in a timely fashion...
I have been going to Conrad's for more years than I want to acknowledge. I have taken various wheel-chair accessible vans there for maintenance and repair. Today, was the first time I was very disappointed. I made a 9:00 appointment today. I came back at noon and they had not even looked at my car. Though they take walk-ins, I made an appointment to avoid a too long wait. Since I made the appointment the day before, I feel that they should have known if there was going to be such a delay.
