Wont be going back for a while. Had an oil change done at one not too long ago and,have been going there because I have conrad's tires. Last visit I was told I needed break fluid and my air filter changed. Today, I took my car to a family auto mechanic whom has done tons of business on my cars in the past, as well as family and found out my air filter, break fluid were fine. I needed rear brakes! Took my car in today to get an oil change, went to drive home and my oil light and check engine light came on. Turn around to take it back in and they never put oil back in the jeep so my jeep was running with no oil and now my engine is screwed up on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Now I have to get a lawyer involved and get my engine fixed. Not even a “sorry” or a refund. Just a screwed up jeep because someone rushed doing a oil change.
Marc has been taking good care of my Ford Flex Ltd Ecoboost since I bought it used. Always friendly and helpful. I recommend them.
