RecommendedThe guys at this location are awesome! When I brought my car in the last time for an oil change my hub cap was misplaced. So just recently I went in for an oil change & they not only gave it to me for free, they also ordered me a new hub cap free of charge!! I’ve been going through something so this definitely helped me out and I couldn’t be more grateful or appreciative!! Thanks Conrad’s!!

I brought my car in for an oil change and new tires. The claimed they couldn’t get a bolt out and that I would need to take my car to the dealer to have it taken out. They said they would still do the oil change. The only video I got was of them not being able to take the bolt out nothing about the oil change. Took my car here because it was running hot and had no heat. After $400 they said it was fixed. The following week my car was still overheating and no heat. I took it back. Another $400. Two days later, same thing. To make a long story short, I blew my engine last night after overheating (with no heat). Now I don't have a car or the $800 they charged me to not repair the problem. See you in court!!

This establishment put tires on my vehicle without a safety check of my car that I came to understand had rust holes in the frame. You think a babyseat in the car would also help escalate a safety check? RAD AIR found this situation for me and was wonderful and genuinely concerned for my families safety!!! I guess if Conrad’s District Manager can’t even follow through with my concerns about safety checks, then that tells me a lot about how they value their customers over money.
