I decided to try Conrad's in Westlake instead of the dealership, and I'm glad I did. The service is excellent, the prices are competitive, and none of the people working there have ever tried to sell me something I don't need. I just had to go in on short notice for a battery and diagnostics, and they took me without an appointment--I was out in under an hour.
Car had a flat. Decided it was good time to put on snow tires. Put four snow tires in the car and had it towed to Conard's. Called Conrad's as car was being towed to ask that all four tires be changed. Conrad's only put on two. When picked car up, asked what may have caused the flat tire; person at counter could not tell us and did not get information.
Always great and timely service
Oil change & tire rotation. Waited about an hour which is normal there. Got home and noticed greasy finger smudges all over my beige interior door and probably on the steering wheel which is black. Sloppy & disappointing. Someone was in a hurry to get out of there at 6pm. In the meantime i have to degrease the interior of my 2019 vehicle that only has 23k miles on it. Thanks for the mess.

Good price, good service, competent repair
Someone who has a flat tire which was bought from the store and bought a warranty should be bumped in front of people there for a oil change. missed a days work for a plug. thought it was gonna be worse, like new tire issue but really? oil change is more important than honoring the warranty on a flat tire?
Great people, honest and don't try to sell you on things you don't need. Very trustworthy. You'll be glad you went to them.
