Very disappointed in this location. We were supposed to have our car back on Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday before noon, now it's still not done. Each time we had to call to find out updates which is extremely frustrating after being told numerous times they would call us back. When my husband called this morning (Wednesday) to see if it was finally ready, we were told it just needed cleaned up and they'd call us before 11. At 11:30 he had to call them to find out that the new tire they put on it had a hole so we have ... read more

I am editing my review as the Mngr, Mark reached out to me and explained that a coupon needed to be shown but will reimburse me. This is good customer service. They just lost my business! I had my A/C checked because they advertise a 19.99 special then was charged 49.99 I will find an honest business next time. So glad I didn't get tires there yet
