Spent over 2000 dollars in repairs and the car wasn’t fixed Correctly not once but twice then they tried to blame me for there screw up.
RecommendedNot only were the service people I met at Conrad’s professional, they were NICE!! I think I was shocked to have that kind of treatment on the worst rainy Friday afternoon at 5:15 with a flat tire. Good diagnostic service and reasonable prices. Thank you!
I brought my car in for an oil change and new tires. The claimed they couldn’t get a bolt out and that I would need to take my car to the dealer to have it taken out. They said they would still do the oil change. The only video I got was of them not being able to take the bolt out nothing about the oil change. Someone who has a flat tire which was bought from the store and bought a warranty should be bumped in front of people there for a oil change. missed a days work for a plug. thought it was gonna be worse, like new tire issue but really? oil change is more important than honoring the warranty on a flat tire?
They always provide quick and thorough care - they even provide a video of the services they preformed!. I would definitely recommend them!
