Dr Yu was very personable and listened to my issues. His staff was polite and efficient. I would recommend Dr Yu
I have attempted to reach Dr. Yu's surgery scheduler with no avail. I have left several messages, not one was returned to me. The recording that you listen to while you are on terminal hold promises that if you leave a message, they will contact you by the end of the business day...LIE! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional staff. Dr. Yu seemed like a good guy, but his office staff makes him look like a bad doctor/surgeon.
All they care about is getting your money. Mis-diagnosed my fracture and recommended a $20,000 surgery. I went to 3 other specialists and they recommended a completely different alternative. Dr Yu is very cocky and doesn't care about his patients. Don't bother giving him your business.
charged $900 because the diagnosis was a broken wrist, insurance applied to deductible because it was for 'post-op care', brought in my own x-rays and splint from urgent care. Chose not to get a cast or have mroe x-rays taken, so i got charge $900 + copay for a 5-10 minute conversation with the doctor. Was told that if the diagnosis had been a sprain the charge would have been for a office visit which runs $50-250 and my insurance would have completely covered it. cannot get in contact with the staff. Staff unprofessional and never returnes calls. very frustrated and still in pain !
Doctor Yu was awesome. He took his time and even joked with me a little. He was right on with the diagnosis and honest about the treatment. BTW ~ He doesn't treat knees!
I felt he listened to my concerns and addressed my needs..I would highly recommend him. I did not feel rushed and was in and out of there in 40 minuites.
During my visit I didn't feel this doctor was really concerned about my condition and I also overheard this doctor mocking his other patients.
REFUSES TO LISTEN TO THE PATIENT. VERY ARROGANT LEFT ME WITH A BROKEN KNEE REFUSE TO MRI AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO DOCUMENT WHEN PATIENT IS IN THE OFFICE ABOUT ONE PROBLEM,
