I absolutely love this place!! Every month they off tons of promotions and freebies. Sadly I had my first terrifying experience today on the casino floor. 6/22/2020 While playing a man approached me very quickly (with confidence) with him wearing a mask I wasn’t able to identify him from a distance. I would like to give a big thank you to this hotel and casino! My mother and I stayed in a deluxe room located on the 3rd floor on June 16th. Later in the afternoon the elevator stopped working and I spoke with security about my mother’s mobility issues. He quickly spoke to the hotel reservation agent and got our room changed to the main floor, and even offered to help me bring our bags down! Thank you all for your wonderful customer service!
it's a very beautiful and unique atmosphere. The people who work here are so nice. I never win but that's just me. Everybody I know does decently when they play out here except for me lol pity party. The rooms are beautiful the spa Tower. and the beds are the most comfortable ever. we've been coming out here for a long time and it's a great place. And the restaurants are great too.

Everything it's always fun but if you do use the check cashing be awear that you can only get 500.00 in a 24 hr peroid you can use the atms but at a larger fee
Nice and clean establishment. Doing very well with social distancing in comparison to other casinos.
Hands down the best casino around for hundreds of miles. Machines pay great, the staff are great, and it's a nice place. Cant go wrong with coeur d'alene casino..
