Have you ever stayed at a hotel, and after checking in, had to request the keys to your room? Isn't it a part of the professional protocol for the Hotel Registration staff to provide guests with room keys after they check someone into their computer system? Well they could let people win alot more I think they take all are money. Stop doctoring the machine from monitor room. Tell your rent a cop to act like there suppose to not act like there cops. Don't let people take more than one machine at a time. It's uncalled for. They do it when jackpot is about to hit. You could bring coin op machine back because cashier's don't like when you bring a lot of change. And if it's extra play cash you shouldn't need credit to use it. As soon as we walked through the door I walked past 3 people who had won 1200. or more on penny machines. We were there for an hour or so and saw approx 12 people waiting for $1200+ jackpots. I've never saw that many winners at Northern Quest and I've been there approx. 20x over the years.

they play favorites. if your going to make us wear masks and have your mask nazi's out, then you need to tell everyone to keep it on, not just a select few. fair is fair.
