we enjoyed our visit immensely, the couple's massage was "EXTREMELY" relaxing, the food at The Chinook was "DELICIOUS", & as for the slot-machines, y'all would have to go check that out for yourselves... We had "FUN" though...

I NEVER WIN!! I don’t recommend this casino because they don’t have to bonus out a certain percentage.. Quest casino is the place to go if you want to win. Also the manager on the floor last night was extremely rude.. I have a health condition with a doctors note saying I can’t wear a mask and he was going to kick me out if I didn’t wear a mask! After I had just spent over $300 in your slots! Horrible experience.. I will never go back to this casino !!
terrible service. the rooms were motel level at best. urine on the toilet seat and floor when we arrived to our rooms. closet door broken. the only good thing was the people I was with and the restaurant Chinook food and service.

the room wasn't ready and it was not thoroughly cleaned. As in sticky floor, hair in the bathroom floor and counters, garbage in the dresser, toothpick on the counter, and no toilet paper.
Couldn't get help from slot ppl, spent over 500 and played 10 games and only 2 bonuses. Wasn't as fun as we expected. plus the buffet was closed still 😞
