I will never purchase from this company again. I knew there was a reason why I stopped buying from them almost 10 years ago. I have never dealt with a company that has been so dishonest and incompetent in its work. My purchasing experience was great but when something happened the company sure did show how they really work. The team at the store were very pleasant and helpful. The delivery was on time and efficient. My only problem is the picture quality on the TV. It is highly possible that I do not yet understand how to make adjustments. I am 70 years old and have trouble figuring out the remote and it's functions.

I cancelled their insurance two years ago if I paid 97.61 counting insurance they would be paid they took the insurance off payment didn't put credit on contract and make new contract with no insurance of theirs I paid the last new payment 90.42 this month I had to pay 2 years insurance that I didn't get credit for 134.68 plus 4.49 they were going by old contract 97.61 instead of making a new one I told them I better get 134.68 back it wouldn't be on there if they weren't going by 97.61

Terrible follow up from Managers and Salesman, they shipped me wrong mattress and box springs and 3 different Managers promised they would look into it and call me back and it's been almost 2 weeks and no response from anyone
