Amazing service and great customer service, people were friendly and helpful.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was handled in a timely manner. Even when delivering the items they were friendly and set it up in a timely manner. They were careful with the merchandise getting itin.

Awesome customer service in the Capital plaza store. Except for installation team they gave me a date and time for setting up a hood but never showed up no phone or text notifications

Everyone from Sales to delivery driver installers are very polite , professional, Informative.
For over year it’s been ****. They have call centers that can’t ever understand you and then tell you “oh well it’s how it is” balance constantly changes. So if you’d like to owe on couch set forever and owe more than your contract says. Choose them. Scam scam scam. Constant issues and got many more online reviews and ppl gripping on all their ********pages. Your awful company

This CONNS is beyond the best. The sales representative named Edgar G haves the best customer service. He makes you feel welcomed. I recently bought a house and didn't know moving out and buying furniture would be stressful. Edgar haves the knowledge, he understands the contract, understands the numbers and knows the quality of furniture they offer. This guy will make your life easier. DONT GO HERE.... Bought products in June 2022, no contracts were given or reviewed at time of closing... Only esign on a pad. Was told by sales person 12 months at 0% for paymnt of $230 nothing more was explained other than date of delivery. Sales person stated will email contracts later that day. Took time to receive and upon recieving gave me an error to open. Didnt think much. My appliances i purchased was only $2500 paid two big separate payment of $1000 balance was around $3700.
