I enjoy going and getting what I need. They don't try wasting my time by trying to get me to purchase something I didn't go for. The sales lady Mrs.Janice walked me to the item I wanted. She explained the items and what they could do. She not only knew but had personal knowledge. I think what really sealed the deal was the four year warranty. It's one thing you can rely on when it comes to Conns.

Bad service my boyfriend and I went to conns 2420 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo TX on April 1, 2023. I received on the mail an offer for $5,080.00 I made the application online but when I arrive at the store seller called to his 1800 number to cancel my application. Then he went ahead and made a new application but had trouble doing the new application, he wanted me to call 1800 number Alfredo did not know what he was doing he left us with a cancel application and a half way thru application. I've made 2 purchases at CONNS. The 1st was easy 2nd was really a nightmare. I wanted the first sales clerk from the first order to take care of my second purchase which literally took a week she was never there she was off didn't know her schedule wanted me to wait so she could get the commission and there were other things equally as bad. I won't go into detail because I don't want to turn anyone off from shopping at Conns BECAUSE we ran into Nash at the Texas City location.
