I Love that Conns had a lot of good options, new furniture and appliances. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Conns in mcAllen, Tx, was wonderful, attentive, helpful in every area from sales to sale. The manager worked with us as well. Delivery and warranties were explained well. Delivery was timely; they leveled refrigerator doors, too. The associates spoke well and appropriately. I am extremely impressed with this company.

My name is Valerie ***** I purchased a fridge at conns with extended warranty from August 2021 til 2025. My fridge ice maker has been disfunctioning since the time we were still paying for it. Today they came to fix it around 10:00 am and I tried to get ice around 5:00 pm and no ice came out. Now they are saying that they void the warranty because of an infestation of roaches, but the technician also said that the ice maker had a part that is not helping make the ice. We always shop at Conn's. We like the furniture and appliances but the delivery service is frustrating. I don't think the store and the delivery service have good communication. The delivery service don't pay attention to notes and don't know what is going on when we ask questions.
I think that Conn's is the best. I Love Conn's
