I always report good. Unfortunately that is not the case here. I purchased from Conn’s in Fort Worth, TX. I purchased extended warranty for each furniture set. When they delivered to my home, they damaged the window seal in the bedroom and hid it behind the bed. They failed to communicate that to me. Now I am trying to claim a damaged bed and they refuse to repair it because I failed to report a lean to the bed when I first noticed it when they put it together. We located your purchase and confirmed that your furniture was delivered in September 2021. However, we don't have any records showing that you reported property damage. We were able to locate your service request in March 2023, for service on your furniture, but your claim was denied because of excessive damage not covered under warranty.
