1. They were supposed to install and connect washer. After they left, my apartment flooded. They did not install properly.

I purchased a new refrigerator from Conn's HomePlus on March 23, 2023. It hasn't worked properly and I now have an unworking refrigerator for almost a month. It was delivered on March 24, 2023, and on March 25, 2023 I found the refrigerator not cooling; they sent a technician out 6 days later after everything had spoiled. They determined the refrigerator was not installed properly it was in demo mode. Being a Conn's customer for the first time has been okay. The store was great and everyone there helped us very well, but when it came to the delivery, wasn't so great. The first time they delivered my tv stand it wasn't put together, they had to attempt to assemble it in my house. The workers almost knocked my things off of my wall, the tv stand was damaged.
