I have been a long standing customer, when I was younger I did have a little problems with payments. I still got approved and all other accounts have been paid in full and haven’t missed a payment in 3 years,(oldest account or 6 years old). I had a mistake and asked for credit removal for the one missed payment and was denied. I thought they would have been a little understanding their quick to prequalify me for more funding but not to help advancement of my credit.

I think their customer service is not very good! I call , leave a message to be called back and they never do! So, service after the sale, we'll, there isn't any!
