I bought a Washer from Conn's. It was delivered broken; we could not run a single load of laundry through it. We called them, and they came, took it back, and gave us another one. The next one they gave us also did not work. We are now trying to get them to take back the washer, but they are refusing. My wife tried to call the store for one week, but no one picked up. Conn's HomePlus did excellent service for us. They sold us a Samsung washer and dryer set and installed it with great expertise and care. I recommend them with great enthusiasm. Their contract agreement is wonderful. I will definitely go to them again, when it comes time to replace another appliance.
