We recently purchased a dishwasher with CONNs. The hose to the dishwasher came off and caused some damage to the cabinets beneath our sink. Conns refused to help with the damage because they don’t believe the hose coming off is what caused the damage. In the emails, because no one would return my phone calls the lady basically said it was us that took the hose off and caused the damage our self)

Sales associate was very happy knowledgeable and helpful and the delivery/installation crew were great would have been a five star rating but they had a mix up on the contract number and called my employer instead of myself for my confirmation so I had to call to resolve this leading to my review rating.

I love the place. However the lady who assisted us might have been new or something. Cause I asked several times before making my purchase if the bed set needed a boxspring and was told it did but didn't. We got the boxspring cause we were told it didn't come with the boards to make it a platform bed. Which it did so had to turn boxspring back in. I ve never had to go through so much craziness in my life. Keep being told several things between conns and ******** ***** ********
