The shopping and purchasing process was perfect. As for delivery and setup it wasn't what we were told. The night before we spoke by phone with someone, and were under the understanding installation was included. They mentioned the line and install crew. We were never told we needed to pay or go purchase hose needed. We however went Monday and get what we needed and will install water line.
They were friendly and helpful. Delivered was on time and everything was in perfect condition

Customer service was excellent. Their products are very good quality. My delivery was right on time they set up my refrigerator and showed my how to operate it.

Conn's was amazing from day 1. A big shout out to Shay! She was well informed, and her personality was amazing. I recommend her for anyone buying from Conns in Baton Rouge! The delivery was early and the guys set up everything and made sure everything worked before leaving and they were fast! Will definitely go back when we ready for the next appliance!
They did awesome job and they was very nice to me and my parents
