My experience was wonderful. Prior to this review I've never been in Conn's. When my wife and I went in we were greeted by a gentleman named Daniel. Daniel answered all my questions and made the experience personable. Needless to say, we made our first purchase. Even on delivery day the good vibes kept on coming. TThanks Conn's. *******

The associates are willing to go above and beyobd their job titles to insure that the customer is satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone that needs things for their home.

I purchased a pro form bike with screen. Upon delivery it does not work. I've been calling for 2 and half with no solid answer and no one offering to fix it or exchange it. All I want is service it or exchange it. But at this point I'll take the loss of the 15 percent restock fee cause everyone I speak with gives me the runaround and nothing is being done This shouldn't be that hard to fix.
I think that the service is excellent, and I always will be a customer of theirs.
