Went to Conns on a Saturday after my refrigerator went out. Spoke with a gentleman named Jalen and he was able to help me get qualified for conns credit, pick out a refrigerator, and have it delivered the next day! I got a message from the delivery team saying my fridge would be delivered between 6-9 which was fine. Well to my surprise they were able to contact me to let me know my order was going to be delivered on 30 mins this was about 4 in the afternoon. I was so happy to be getting it delivered earlier. Not overwhelmed when u enter the door. Service was great Delivery was great. Love my new massage chair
We were greeted promptly, taken care of efficiently by McKenna. She followed up with a text the next day. We went in purchased the chair and got next day delivery with a 3 hour window of time and a text when on their way. The delivery guys were polite, friendly, respectful and installed the chair in the living room.

The servicemen were punctual, polite and hooked up my dryer perfectly. I would definitely recommend them and get my next appliance from Conns.

One of the WORST customer service companies. I purchased an item online and went to pick up the order only for the woman to tell me that my name was not on the order so I could not pick it up. I then proceeded to the store on Thomas where I was helped and was supposed to receive my delivery today 3/27. When I looked on my invoice I saw that there was NO EMAIL and the phone number was incorrect.
