They are OUTSTANDING. We've purchased furniture from many sources and have never had the superior customer service that Conns showed. It's not just the sale that was good. Their responses after the sale was what impressed me. It's something you don't see very often these days. It's truely 'customer service'.

I went to the store on Independence Blvd. The manager Latreese was very rude. She acted as though she did not want to be bothered. Instead of her saying "can I help you", she said nothing and gave me a look of distain. I have never had this level of poor customer service. Her attitude was horrible. I needed needed a balance, because the prior person put the money on the wrong account, which they do often. She was not helpful at all.
