I think their business ethic is awful. Had new floors put in my home about 2 years ago. I have a patch that is lifting. when I contacted them about it, there is nothing they can do? Shame on them. They indicated when I purchase they would replace whenever anything happens. they did not stand up to their work or word. I am very disappointed . I paid them $8500.00 with in 8 months for a contact I had for 5 years. When I tried to get my denial letter, they would not send it out afraid I would retaliate. DO NOT EVER US THIS STORE IN ANY CAPACITY. Not only are their rates absolutely ridiculous, they messed up MULTIPLE orders in a row and when calling their customer service line it is always someone who is extremely unprofessional and has no phone etiquette whatsoever. Firstly they messed up my wives order for an ENTIRE WEEK by not delivering on the promised date and attempting delivery to incorrect addresses after multiple phone calls giving our exact address which is right down the street from this store. I purchased a refrigerator, washer & dryer and a couch from Conns in 2020. I paid for the extended warranty. One of the recliners broke in November and I filed a service claim then. In February I was told they could not get the part and to call the store to replace the piece. I called the store and when there in person. They said they no longer carry the piece and they would have to get an approval for a new couch.
