Very professional delivery service, everything was in tact, they setup my appliance and took away the trash.

I had a similar issue as Jaqueline L. I never paid late on my account, the final month I got a report stating that I was 30 days late. I called them and said, "I am on autopay, and have been through the duration of my account for the past 2 years" they said, oh after a certain amount of time, we take you off of auto pay. I asked "why did I not get notified about this", crickets..... Conns said they would correct this since I paid the item in full that day while we were on the phone. They never corrected it.
