Conn's sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery individuals were great, nice, very careful with our appliance that was purchase and careful not to damage our home.

Terrible service and delivery. After almost 2 weeks and over 15 calls, I did not receive a functioning washer. I ended up cancelling the whole transaction and buying from ******.
