It was a good experience I was treaded with the best service the store is so neat and very clean and have beautiful furniture and appliances I just love the Riverdale store
The staff in store was amazing. I got what I wanted and I would recommend them to all. The delivery was on time and they did everything that they were suppose to do and it happened very quickly and everything working before they left.

I buy most of my appliances at Conns and it's always a smooth operation. This last purchase I had to complete my application through my phone. Log into my bank to get statements needed and have the representative at Conns print it. It was a hassle since I'm limited in computer skills especially on my phone. But with the help from the representative I was able to get thru it and finalize my purchase.
Andrea was the greeter and she was vety Friendy, helpfull, and informative.
Customer service was great. The process was easy and the customer representative explained the everything in detail. My furniture came earlier than expected and was handled with care.
Great service, from in store purchase to delivery. Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable.
