We are longtime customers that have purchased and owned a lot of merch from Conn's. We just recently purchased a new home and needed a refrigerator. Shopped and found a Bespoke refrigerator for a smart home. Was told it will fit and operate in our new home. Upon delivery end of July, we had to refuse the delivery because it didn't fit through the door. Went back to store to pick a smaller unit and pick it but had to wait an additional two week and a deposit of $418. Needless to say, we had to live out of an ice chest for two... read more

Everyone was so professional at this location. It would've been nice to have had more selection to choose from.
