Shopping at Conn's for me was phenomenal. From the salesperson to the young man that delivered my merchandise to my home, everyone was professional, polite, and efficient at their job.
The experience from the sales associate Melanie processing my order until the delivery and set up process was professional and a positive experience.
Great variety of furniture to choose from and a friendly professional staff to help with your purchase. From walking into the front with bright light and a clean store, to the no hassle friendly sales staff. You can't ask for more. Even the delivery people was helpful, careful and friendly.

Amazing customer service. I had the best experience with Charlene she made my first purchase stress free and had the answer to all our questions!
This is not my first time dealing with Conn's.. however it's been at least two and a half years from the last time and this time there are plenty new faces managers supervisors employees whatever. The prices are still extremely high but they allow me credit which was good and the credit interest is hard to but we'll see how they make out this year.
Port Arthur, Texas Location: Went into store to purchase Refrigerator and Stove. Seen the items I wanted to purchase, Salesman advised me to purchase 4 piece bundle for a 15% discount. I was not interested because the monthly note would have been increased and I was not interested. Manager even came by to sale the 4 piece set for 15% off and I did not buy the bundle.
