The landlord did accept the application however it took several weeks to process. It is our standard business practice that when the landlord accepts an application, and requests no further showings, we abide by their request.
Buying or Selling a home can be a long and frustrating process if you don't have right representation. There are so many decisions to make and especially when you have multiple opinions (# of family members with input).
