I wanted to open a jumbo CD and they said I would have to release the freeze at the credit bureau so they could check my credit. I'm not asking for a loan. They can go to ****!

On-line dealings only with prompt, knowledgeable & professional phone transactions on many jumbo CDs over the past two years. Also one of the highest CD & savings rates in the nation & living in Arizona I’ve researched many, many institutions.<br /> <br /> <br />

Don't ever get a loan from here. I don't care what kind of loan it is. Don't do it! I had an auto loan from ****. The people in customer service are disgusting to start with...they are extremely unprofessional with disgusting attitudes, very rude and condescending pricks. These people are the bottom of the barrel scumbags of the Earth. Once you get an auto loan with them, if you have an insurance lapse, you're screwed because they will add an extra $150 to the monthly note before you even hit 30 days. I have been a member of the connexus credit union since their involvement with the previous Endura and Honeywell credit unions. Have been dealing predominately on-line. Very impressed with response to both financial and technical issues. I have (or have had) the full package of services (loans, checking, CDs, Savings, etc.). Customer response time has been excellent in both timing and consideration.

I went into the Hamden branch to obtain documents requested by mortgage lender. I peeked into ****** office to ensure what I needed could be provided by a teller. She was dismissive and clearly did not want to provide assistance. Its disheartening when your lost looking for directions and the people paid to assist you find your inquires to be annoying. Bad customer service!!! BAD!!

Out of all the loans I’ve had in my adult life, this company is the absolute worst! They bought out my RV loan from another company, otherwise I’d have never worked with them. They charge fees for everything, their app is garbage (every page gives an error message), and they find any way they can to scam you out of extra $. Their system double charged my bank account for a loan payment one month. This pushed back my next payment due date by 2 months. Haven't been a good transition from Bull's Eye. The biggest complaint is that I received all of my mail just fine from Bull's Eye, but a while after the switch I wasn't getting anything from them. Fine, because I do mostly online banking. Looking at my statement I had 6 debits for $10 each for returned mail. It never got to me, but they pin it on me to pay $60 for returned mail.... they said it' s because they have to shred sensitive documents for my safety. Don’t bank here! I had funding in my account and wanted to pay cash for a new vehicle and they wouldn’t allow it ($2,000 max limit). Now manager called and sealed the deal that they don’t care for customer service. Time to find a new bank. Very dissatisfied. Was customer for over 4 years.

Beware of Connexus Credit Union who charges a $30 "closure fee" on each matured IRA certificate. For many years I have been doing business with several other credit unions and banks and never been charged a fee to transfer/roll or receive MY IRA money at maturity. I'm a senior citizen and with interest rates to all time lows this is a disgrace! I will never do business with Connexus Credit Union again!
