Rude, Unethical Practices, Will charge you interest and add on Over priced Insurance without your consent!!! The only option they gave me were to move the insurance to the backend, defer payments that messes up your credit ... for a Toyhauler that is Inoperable do to the Dealership incompetence. We have our truck loan through them and made the mistake of setting it up for auto withdrawal. In February they pulled my truck payment 3 times and refused to give back the additional 2 payments. Said if they did I would be responsible for a refund fee on both. I should not be paying for their mistake! We recently just sold a boat. We called on Feb. 6th to get the pay off amount. When they gave it to us we told them that the selling amount would be 130,000. Apparently on Feb. 9th someone (not me) called and got the payoff amount and they told them less. So when selling the buyer told us he called and asked. SSo I financed a camper through this group. The plumbing water sewer black and gray tank fell to the ground 30 days after purchase. It was being “ fixed “ for almost 5 months the dealer assured me I would be provided an extension for this time. Joe in collections would not budge he sent me info for Jason. They may seem to be legit but they have an ulterior motive. I have a loan through them and now they took it upon themselves to go out and purchase unwarranted insurance in which they charge onto me. Now I am paying that price, that they get at a discounted price while I pay at the full price. If you think this is the place to go and get a loan look at the reviews and see how they treat the lenders before getting a loan from here. I wanted to open a jumbo CD and they said I would have to release the freeze at the credit bureau so they could check my credit. I'm not asking for a loan. They can go to ****!
On-line dealings only with prompt, knowledgeable & professional phone transactions on many jumbo CDs over the past two years. Also one of the highest CD & savings rates in the nation & living in Arizona I’ve researched many, many institutions.
Don't ever get a loan from here. I don't care what kind of loan it is. Don't do it! I had an auto loan from ****. The people in customer service are disgusting to start with...they are extremely unprofessional with disgusting attitudes, very rude and condescending pricks. These people are the bottom of the barrel scumbags of the Earth. I have been a member of the connexus credit union since their involvement with the previous Endura and Honeywell credit unions. Have been dealing predominately on-line. Very impressed with response to both financial and technical issues. I have (or have had) the full package of services (loans, checking, CDs, Savings, etc.). Customer response time has been excellent in both timing and consideration.
