Don't ever get a loan from here. I don't care what kind of loan it is. Don't do it! I had an auto loan from ****. The people in customer service are disgusting to start with...they are extremely unprofessional with disgusting attitudes, very rude and condescending pricks. These people are the bottom of the barrel scumbags of the Earth. Once you get an auto loan with them, if you have an insurance lapse, you're screwed because they will add an extra $150 to the monthly note before you even hit 30 days. I have been a member of the connexus credit union since their involvement with the previous Endura and Honeywell credit unions. Have been dealing predominately on-line. Very impressed with response to both financial and technical issues. I have (or have had) the full package of services (loans, checking, CDs, Savings, etc.). Customer response time has been excellent in both timing and consideration.

I went into the Hamden branch to obtain documents requested by mortgage lender. I peeked into ****** office to ensure what I needed could be provided by a teller. She was dismissive and clearly did not want to provide assistance. Its disheartening when your lost looking for directions and the people paid to assist you find your inquires to be annoying. Bad customer service!!! BAD!!

Out of all the loans I’ve had in my adult life, this company is the absolute worst! They bought out my RV loan from another company, otherwise I’d have never worked with them. They charge fees for everything, their app is garbage (every page gives an error message), and they find any way they can to scam you out of extra $. Their system double charged my bank account for a loan payment one month. This pushed back my next payment due date by 2 months. It was a surprise to have an extra $500 missing from my account but I made ... read more
