My automobile account was immediately sold to Connexus, Wausavi, WI by Lease Maturity Services, LLC. on 10/18/16. I received, from Connexus Credit Union, a payment coupon book with instructions to go to their website Connexus.Com to register as a new client. I, attempted, numerous times but could not find the site to register. I, attempted, to contact Connexus and spoke with a "Kathy" who told me that I should be able to register and try again. It sounds as if he was attempting to register on the site of Conexus Credit Union located in Canada (.com) and not Connexus Credit Union of the United States (.org). The two are very easily confused. Our Member Contact Center team members are very aware of this potential, but at the time of Mr. Rutter's calls, we were indeed experiencing intermittent problems with our online and mobile banking platform.
