Haven't been a good transition from Bull's Eye. The biggest complaint is that I received all of my mail just fine from Bull's Eye, but a while after the switch I wasn't getting anything from them. Fine, because I do mostly online banking. Looking at my statement I had 6 debits for $10 each for returned mail. It never got to me, but they pin it on me to pay $60 for returned mail.... they said it' s because they have to shred sensitive documents for my safety. Don’t bank here! I had funding in my account and wanted to pay cash for a new vehicle and they wouldn’t allow it ($2,000 max limit). Now manager called and sealed the deal that they don’t care for customer service. Time to find a new bank. Very dissatisfied. Was customer for over 4 years.
Beware of Connexus Credit Union who charges a $30 "closure fee" on each matured IRA certificate. For many years I have been doing business with several other credit unions and banks and never been charged a fee to transfer/roll or receive MY IRA money at maturity. I'm a senior citizen and with interest rates to all time lows this is a disgrace! I will never do business with Connexus Credit Union again!
They purchased my auto loan what a pain in the behind. They do not take checking accounts for payment instead you have to link accounts and it takes some time. Because I didn't want my first loan payment to be late I sent a payment from my bank and I used the address they had on the loan coupon. Apparently they don't accept payments at that address unless it accompanied by a loan coupon so they then send it snail mail from Kansas City to Wisconsin. I am completely shocked at the level of INCOMPETENCE from Jennifer ******- "senior rep" for IRA at Connexus Credit Union. She has to be one of the MOST, the MOST INCOMPETENT employee I've ever had to deal with & after over 40 days of working on solving this problem with a supervisor ****, it is still in LIMBO due to PURE NEGLIGENCE. I made a Rainsoft purchase of a water filter for my entire house and financed it through Aquafinance (FBO Connexus Credit Union) which is the only financial institution Rainsoft uses. Mind you I have an excellent credit score and this institution gave me a 6.9% which was absolutely great in order to make this purchase! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! They fraudulently added auto insurance to my original loan!!! I have had my loan with them since Nov 2018 and already they are pulling this! We financed our new house siding/gutters with Aqua and which in turn received the funds from Connexus. At that time we were required to open a savings account with Connexus and wrote a $5 check for deposit. I do not live in any state that even has a Connexus branch location so really no need for a savings account. So after 1 year Connexus sent out statement closing the account and taking the $5 dollars for accounts mtvinactivity. Ridiculous Scam as far as I'm concerned. I do not have a contract with Connexus Credit Union. I have received a hard inquiry on my credit report from this credit union dating 6/28/18 that I have attempted to dispute, and have received no correspondence back from.

Thank you for sharing this members concern with us. Upon investigating Mr. B**** concern I learned on 6/28/18 we received an application through Park Marine Boating Center for a marine loan. When an application is received, a step in the approval process is pulling the members credit which is why Mr. B**** saw a hard pull inquiry on his credit report from Connexus Credit Union.
