Don't use this pharmacy. They don't treat patients well. I needed after-hours meds (they have some after hours) after my doctor changed my meds. The pharmacy called me and told me to be there at 3:30pm. I got there at 3:20pm, and waited and called for 55 min and no one answered or was there. And now I'm scrambling for meds.
RecommendedVery friendly staff from the secretary to the assistant to the PA. Helpful, caring, listened to my concerns and provided specific treatment for me. Thank you for overall great service
Since this office was taken over by pro-health it has gotten worse and worse. Today one hour wait just to do insurance paperwork not even be seen because they can't type they couldn't locate my son in the system. This is beyond frustrating. Last week they didn't turn on their phones for the first 2 hours. Shirley was thankfully able to help us. This should be your last resort for a pediatricians office. Horrible service.
RecommendedOffice in Greenpoint Went this year a few times they were the best doctors For a few different problems.Love them They even called each time days later to see how I was.So sorry and called them this week to find they were no longer there.I would like to know will they be back.Hope so.

Excellent facility on 23rd Street on the East Side to go to for immediate care. I was seen by a Doctor very quickly and URGENT Care was excellent in cost, especially if you have health care insurance.I was in enormous pain and The Doctor helped the pain go down significantly.
Nurses are amazing. Doctors are great. The only down fall, sometimes there’s a bit of a wait.
