James, great communication throughout the entire process. All phases of the job were completed on time as promised. The skill set of the James and his team is unbelievably on point. The last day was clean up. They left my home sparkling clean.
I can highly recommend James and CT Modern Builders for your home remodeling project. I was amazed at how professional and organized they were throughout the entire process. James is a craftsman and pays attention to every detail as if he was working on his own home. They were very efficient, on time and cleaned up thoroughly after each day they were working at our house. We will definitely be using them again for future home improvement projects!
James was wonderful to work with. Our project was completed in a reasonable time frame, despite working with our very difficult HVAC contractor who kept delaying the project. Excellent communication before, during, and after the project. I look forward to the next project and I recommend him to anyone looking for a great contractor.
James and his team were amazing to work with! We only have 1 bathroom so I knew being without it for a few weeks would be tough but James always took that into account and did everything he could to keep the process speedy while still delivering great quality. I really appreciated how communicative he was through the whole process, keeping me in the loop every day of the project. We will not hesitate to hire him for any future projects.
James is absolutely amazing from start to finish! He was so understanding and easy to talk to about our wants and needs. He was incredibly attentive to detail and even custom built shelving to meet our needs. We knew that a kitchen remodel with two young children was going to be hard, but James made it easy and was sure to clean up daily.
