I have insurance coverage through Humana/TruHearing that states I have coverage for the set up of bluetooth and integration with hearing aid app. Provider stated it would be a $25.00 extra charge. They said there would be no problem giving me a copy of Audiology test. When I asked for a copy of that test (that my insurance had already paid for!) they told me it would cost me $150.00!
